Invoice defaults
Choose which details TimeToBill includes in invoice lines.

This is where you set how TimeToBill builds invoice lines by default.
Invoice line description
Choose which details appear in the description:
- date;
- client;
- project;
- task or activity;
- description from your time tracker.
Only include details your client needs on the invoice. Too much detail makes invoices harder to read.
Description template
Use a template to choose the order of details in the description.
Example:
{date} - {project} - {description}
After changing a template, always check a sample invoice.
Tags for billed entries
The tag name for billed entries belongs under Write back tags.
