Overview of TimeToBill's legal documents, with their current versions.
This English version is a translation provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the Dutch and English text, the Dutch Juridisch overview prevails.
This page links all legal documents that govern the relationship between TimeToBill and its customers. TimeToBill is a business-to-business service: every document is written for entrepreneurs, sole traders and legal entities with a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number. Consumer sales are expressly excluded.

All our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are exclusively submitted to the Rechtbank Oost-Brabant (District Court of East Brabant), sitting in 's-Hertogenbosch, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dutch originals are at the corresponding paths under /juridisch/. In case of discrepancy between the Dutch and English text, the Dutch version prevails.
Older versions
When a document receives a new version, the previous version remains permanently retrievable at /legal/<document>/<version>. Which version applied to your agreement at any given moment is recorded in your checkout and renewal confirmations.
